Well, it's officially summertime here in AZ. Temperatures are now expected to stay above 100 degrees for the next...well...probably 4 months. That means lots of pool time and indoor time (time to get caught up with redbox...).
I planted a garden this spring. 8 tomato plants, 2 lettuce plants, white onions, red onions, yellow and red bell pepper (4 of each) 2 basil plants, a cilantro plant, a lavender plant, a dill plant, various flowers, and chives. So what is left as of this morning...one red bell pepper plant, 2 basil plants (they are shriveling up), 4 tomato plants, lavender, onions-both white and red, and dill. Not much of a green thumb-someday I hope. Suggestions appreciated...
School ended on Friday (for teachers) mixed feelings associated with that. Time to make some decisions once and for all.
Until next time, I will be...soaking up the sun, updating my Ipod, watching redbox movies, lunch with friends, gardening, reading, and spending lots of time with my cute niece.
